Here are some easy steps for your booking reference:

Step 1: Inquiry

Tell us the itinerary in the website you are interested and also your modification ideas regarding to the itinerary, by filling an online inquiry form, by email, by phone or by fax. We are available 24 hours every day.

Step 2: Tailor-make your itinerary

One of our professional travel consultants will contact you in a quick response. He or she will customize the tour itinerary according to your request to your satisfaction and exchange all the details of your tour booking, included a reasonable quote, tour itinerary, hotels and flights, etc.

Step 3: Payment

Upon your satisfaction with the itinerary details, you shall pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost per person. The balance could be directly paid by cash in CNY to the guide during your meeting. However, you don’t have to pay any deposit if you just book a half one day tour or a one day tour (Pick-up from hotel in Beijing city area). Payment can be by PayPal on line, wire transfer or Western Union. At the time you pay the deposit, please supply us with the details in your passport: full name, passport number, gender, birthday and nationality. See details in Payment Guide.

Step 4: Confirmation letter

Once we received your deposit, we will make all the reservations according to your itinerary. We will send you a confirmation letter when all the bookings are secured. Then all you need is to pack up and get prepared to go!

Booking Policies


No charge for your itinerary alterations before the booking. Alterations after the deposit will result in a fee of 25USD per person. Besides, all expenses incurred by due to the third parties such as airlines and hotels are the responsibility of the customer’s.


We understand when you have to cancel the tour out of necessity. Then you just need to submit your cancellation request in a written way by email or fax. If we have confirmed and reserved the tour for you upon the receipt of your deposit of 50% of the full payment or one-time full payment, cancellation fee is incurred and shall be calculated according to the date we receive your written cancellation.

The cancellation fee will be charged at:

  • 1) 50USD per person – cancellation received no less than 30 days before departure
  • 2) 150USD per person – cancellation received 30 to 15 days before departure
  • 3) 50% of the full payment per person – cancellation received from 14 to 7 days before departure
  • 4) 100% of the full payment, or the whole deposite per person – cancellation received from 6 to 0 days before departure


Refund shall be paid according to the above cancellation policy. However, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival or missed days on tours. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, refund is also possible in a fair amount. You must inform us by email, regular mail, or fax in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Beijing Tours Guide will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
